Shelby Miller is the founder of RUMA Medical Aesthetics. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree from Gonzaga University. Shelby is a skilled cosmetic injector and well known in the medical aesthetic industry for producing natural, transformative results. Shelby is a national trainer and has educated hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetic community. She founded RUMA Training and conducts many private one-on-one trainings. Shelby also trains nationally for the industry-leading company Galderma. Shelby is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a positive and outgoing personality. She is continually trying to learn, grow, and improve her aesthetic skills. Shelby attends industry conferences and training as often as possible. She loves working in this industry and has a passion for helping her patients become the best form of themselves. Shelby takes pride in treating her patients with kindness, inclusivity, and respect.

Traci Andreason is a RN and experienced advanced aesthetic injector with a background in facial plastics. She offers all injectable treatments available at RUMA Medical Aesthetics using all Galderma products. She is a national trainer for injectables and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise. Traci is passionate about enhancing each person’s natural beauty and is phenomenal at what she does. She is constantly seeking more knowledge and skills to always provide the very best treatments. She is a perfectionist and loves customizing treatment plans for each client. She is a loving wife and mother to a 4-year-old son. When she’s not working, she’s spending time outdoors, exercising and traveling. She is also working toward becoming a nurse practitioner at Chamberlain University.
Meet Chrissy Bushell
Chrissy is a board certified family nurse practitioner and a highly skilled aesthetic provider. She began her nursing career as a pediatric nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital then continued her education at Graceland University earning a master’s degree in 2013. Chrissy gained her certification as an aesthetic injector in 2014 from The National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA) and has been injecting for over 7 years. She currently teaches the comprehensive aesthetic injecting course at NIMA. She is a current member of The American Society for Aesthetics and makes continuing education a priority. She is married with 4 children and enjoys spending time with her family, road/mountain biking, hiking, and traveling. She is passionate about providing safe, high quality, natural-looking results for all of her clients. We are so fortunate to have Chrissy on our team!
Dani is the newest member of the injectors at RUMA and is excited to advance her career in aesthetics through apprenticeship with the RUMA injector team. Dani obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Westminster College in 2016 and is soon to graduate with her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. Prior to joining the RUMA team she spent 10 years in pediatrics at Primary Children’s Hospital. Dani is passionate about aesthetics and making people feel better, inside and out. Dani is dedicated and intentional in all she does and is constantly working on growing and improving through education and training. She is married and has one darling daughter, is passionate about health and nutrition, and loves spending her free time with her family and friends, traveling, boating, mountain biking and exploring.

Tessa is an experienced and skilled, certified aesthetic injector. She is caring, detail oriented and passionate about her work. Tessa is an RN and currently in school at the University of Cincinnati to obtain her MSN, FNP-C. She started her nursing career as a pediatric oncology and transplant nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital before working at a plastic surgery office as an aesthetic injector. She believes in the power of prevention in all things health and aging, and maintaining a natural aesthetic and a youthful you. Many patients are concerned that injections will change the way they look, however, when done appropriately they actually maintain and enhance, whereas aging is the true culprit of aesthetic change. Tessa believes in safety above all and takes pride in consistently educating herself and attending national trainings. Tessa recently had a baby girl and outside of work she loves good food and traveling with her husband, family and friends.
Aubrey was born and raised in South Jordan, UT, where she met her husband. Aubrey has been married for almost 3 years and she and her husband are expecting their first (non-fur) baby in August 2021! Aubrey received her Master’s License in Esthetics from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2016 and has been practicing esthetics ever since. From working with a Plastic Surgeon to working in Spa Trouve, Aubrey both practiced and trained in Esthetics. “I absolutely love what I do. I am so excited to be a part of the RUMA team where I continue to specialize in skincare treatments as well as recommending ZO Skin Health products.” The best part about what Aubrey does, in her own words, is “helping people feel beautiful and building friendships.” Aubrey never lets anyone walk out the door unsatisfied.
Brisa was born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised in Utah county. She is a skilled Master Esthetician of 4 years. She graduated from Acaydia Spa and School of Esthetics in 2017. Having struggled with acne for years, she is passionate about transforming even the most problematic skin into healthy, radiant skin. She has seen great success in treating skin of all tones, types, and conditions. She values connecting with her patients and helping them reach their goals. In her own words, “I love that the aesthetic industry is always evolving because there is always more room to learn and grow.” In her spare time, Brisa likes to practice yoga, try new recipes, and spend time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
From a young age, Penny has enjoyed helping people to feel good about themselves and be happy. Penny has more than 15 years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry. She started her career in Real Estate, helping people find their perfect home. For the last several years she has been working in the Salon and Spa industries, helping people find the best ways to pamper themselves. She believes that if her team loves what they do, then guests will also love the experience and their treatments. Penny has a knack for creating a heartfelt and genuine memory for our guests. One reason that Penny has been able to connect with guests so quickly, is that she believes in the services offered at Ruma, having seen the benefits personally. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and getting snuggles from her puppy.
Morgan grew up in the Salt Lake Valley, and she loves the beauty and versatility that Utah brings. She has over 3 years of experience in the retail and customer service field. Her main goal is to make sure everyone feels welcome from the minute they walk into RUMA; you will always be greeted with a smile and positive attitude by her. Morgan has a great energy to her and she loved being a part of the RUMA team.
Ally grew up in Utah County. She knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in the aesthetics and skin care industry. She obtained her esthetician license in 2018 and has been working in the field ever since. Ally is a true people person and has the innate ability to make everyone she meets feel like a million bucks! She is also a huge animal lover and lives on a farm with horses, cows, chickens, and her Irish Setter, Darby.

Brittany has been in the beauty industry for the past 16 years. She loves being part of the journey to empowering women to feel beautiful in their own skin! She has lived in Georgia, Michigan and has called Utah her home for the past 25 years. In middle school she played soccer, basketball and volleyball. But in high school she found her passion to dance and joined the cheer squad and drill team! She graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelors degree in Communications! She met her husband 16 years ago and they have been married for 11 years last August! When she is not at work she is creating memories with her 4 kiddos! She loves high fitness, dancing, working out, interior design, event planning, hiking, traveling and experiencing different cultures!
Aesthetic Medical Assistant
Savannah has worked in the Medical Aesthetic industry for over 5 years with experience at various medical spas and facial plastic surgery offices. She has a passion for this industry and loves being a part of our clients’ anti-aging journeys. She is very well educated on the cosmetic procedures offered at RUMA Aesthetics and takes pride in being able to assist our providers in creating beautiful, natural results for every client.
Elle has been a certified medical assistant for 7 years and has previous experience working in women’s health, dermatology and, plastic surgery. Elle’s favorite thing about working at RUMA is getting to be a part of helping others feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin. She is also a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and self-development junkie. In her off time, she loves to spend time with her husband, create youtube fitness videos, and eat delicious vegan food!
The name “Nedge” is a family nickname and she has gone by it for years! Nedge’s real name is Jenny, however, most people don’t know that! She grew up in Utah County, with 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and 3 years as an Aesthetic Assistant. Nedge has a passion for the aesthetics world and absolutely loves helping patients achieve their skin goals and building long-lasting relationships along the way. In her free time she loves to be with her husband and her dog, work out, snowboard, play the piano, hangs out with friends, and she will have her first baby in October 2021!
Haley grew up in Nebraska and has worked as a medical assistant for over two years before moving to Utah where she earned her aesthetician license. Haley is passionate about all things aesthetics and loves helping people look and feel their best. In her free time she loves to read, watch movies and hangout with her dogs, milo and moogley.
Hannah was born here in Salt Lake City, Utah, but moved to Great Falls, Montana where she was raised. Some would say that she is the true Hannah Montana! She graduated in 2017 from Brigham Young University-Idaho with her Bachelor Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising. Her and her handsome hubby Dallin have been married for 2 years, and they have an angel baby Madden, who is a very special part of their life. Hannah is passionate about charity work and loves to help other people in any way she can. Her eye for creativity has led her to find a lot of success in visual media and event planning.
Kassidy grew up in Mapleton, UT, and received her B.S. in Communications from Utah Valley University in 2019. Along with her husband of 5 years, Kassidy lives with her sweet Labradoodle in Spanish Fork, UT. Kassidy specializes in Social Media Marketing, Public Relations, and Brand Management and has worked with several startups to create and maintain their communications/marketing. Aesthetics has always been one of her passions, so she has combined her skills to help us maintain the Ruma Aesthetics brand. What drives Kass’s communications passion is working with brands and companies that have an expansive vision for the future. Kassidy loves animals, chatting with friends, and watching Netflix. The best thing about working for RUMA, in Kass’s own words, is “the constant energy and vitality within the brand, and of course, the patients.”
